Jesus, the Wisdom of God

“The Lord created me first of all, the first of his works, long ago. I was made in the very beginning, at the first, before the world began. I was born before the oceans, when there were no springs of water.“

Proverbs 8:22-24

The firstborn of all creation is Jesus Christ and the scripture above makes it clear that Wisdom was created first of all (8:22).

It will interest you to know that all the testimonies that is given concerning wisdom can be related with the life of Jesus Christ. It is no doubt that God gave Solomon everything he asked for and it was simply because he asked for the kingdom of God and its righteousness. God had to keep to his word which has been from everlasting by giving unto Solomon everything else. We never heard Solomon asked God to give him Jesus or mentioning the kingdom of God physically, but we do know that for him to ask God for wisdom, knowledge and deep insights for him to be able to lead God’s people, he was simply asking gyod to show him the secret of correct leadership which is what Jesus Christ represents.

Jesus Christ is the common denominator of every creation. If you are alive on Earth only to survive by the worldly wisdom you may never last and your works will end as the world comes to an end. But if you accept Jesus Christ into your heart and make up your mind to follow his way alone you will be given access into godly wisdom which is the wisdom from the Kingdom of heaven. Whatsoever you will do on Earth will have eternal value, which means the effect of all you do will be felt eternally.

Today make up your mind not to remain only with the wisdom of this world as all you will do will only last here on Earth, and all you do or ever acquire by the wisdom of the Earth will perish as the Earth perishes. But embrace to follow Jesus Christ everyday, to stay with him in the place of prayers consistently on a daily basis. Accept to deny yourself of your own ways and to replace it with his own ways in all that you do. Accept to take up your own cross daily and bear all the things that are associated with carrying your Cross. When you do this your life will be a fruit which will possess an eternal effect, eternal value and your works will endure eternally, which means that the reward of whatever you do through the wisdom of Jesus Christ will abide as God abides. And as you get into heaven on the last day you will receive the reward that has been kept for you there while you were on Earth working with the wisdom from heaven.

Jesus Christ is the key for assessing all godly wisdom and spiritual blessings that are given to those who trust God here on Earth.
